Membership

In order to book any recurring service packages at Lock City Music Group, membership is required. We accept new members on a case-by-case basis, based upon talent review and availability. Only a limited amount of members are accepted at a time, and a waitlist is utilized if no current spaces are available. All applications will be reviewed in the order they are received. If you are accepted for membership, you will be notified via email. You do not need to follow up with us after submitting the form below. If you are placed on the wait list, you will be notified of that placement and notified again once a spot has opened up. Any applications not completed in full will not be considered for membership.
